Squats every day....

The health tip of the day says to do squats every day.... another way to work squats into your day is when you need to pick something up or get something down low - SQUAT! You will be able to tell a difference in a short time!!! SO SQUAT, SQUAT, AND SQUAT SOME MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!
